Wesley Chapel was
originally part of Hernando and was settled in the mid 1800’s.
The famous Saddlebrook Resort, built in 1980, contributed to the
fame of Wesley Chapel, but recently rising up out the citrus
fields and pasture lands of East Pasco is a community exploding
with development. With the recent development underway for the
Cypress Creek Town Center mall on the corner of Hwy 54 and Hwy
56, Wesley Chapel is a well planned beautiful suburban pioneer.
In 2007 the New
Wesley Chapel District park was completed! The park is one of
the largest in the area, offering a host of amenities. The park
includes soccer fields, football, baseball, swimming,
playgrounds and a meeting center. Wesley Chapel is located west
of Zephyrhills and east of Land O’ Lakes with easy access to
Interstate 75 making commuting to Tampa very efficient.
