Lutz is unique by
means of co-existing in Hillsborough and Pasco County. Lutz
borders Tampa, Land O’ Lakes, Odessa and, its beginning was
connected by a small train depot to Tarpon Springs, Brooksville
and other areas of Tampa. The feeling of small town best
describes life in Lutz where most homes sit on larger acreage,
although there still are numerous subdivisions.
Notably, Cheval is
one of Lutz’s gated communities which host PGA Golf Tournaments.
Cheval’s other amenities include two gold courses, a health and
