John and Cindy Ryan
We are an experienced family real estate team having lived in
Florida for over 30 years working as an experienced Broker and
Realtors that you will refer to your friends and family because we
pay close attention to every detail. We know we are unique because

Discount Brokerage
in Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas. This means we will
gift back

as well as to our listed sellers, these proceeds come from our
commission on the sale.
Prior to this company, John & Cindy owned and operated Tampa’s only
Bed & Breakfast in a historical district close to downtown Tampa and
worked in real estate. Other prior professions include a property
management, landscaping business and, Air Traffic Control.
Currently, John is dealing in Residential and Business sales.
Cindy’s experience ranges in Residential, Commercial & Business Real
Estate, Resort Property Management, Residential & Commercial
Property Management and Land Development with Construction Build-out
on Multifamily and Lot and Home.

Angela Ford
 As a life long resident of
Hillsborough County, born and raised in Brandon, I am highly
knowledgeable about the area including the South Shore areas of
Brandon, Riverview, Gibsonton, Apollo Beach, Ruskin & Tampa Bay’s
renowned retirement community, Sun City Center.
My experience in Real Estate includes working in new home
construction, in the Sun City Center area. I worked for WCI
Communities, Inc. for 4 years, 2 of them as a new home Community
Specialist. Prior to that, I have 8 years of customer service
experience and various sales & marketing positions.
I pride myself on my dedication to you, the customer. I specialize
in opportunities in new home construction as well as existing
properties in the South Shore area.
